Top Fictional Couples

Recently I have been inspired by the great love story of Chuck Bass and Blair Waldorf. Who do I think are the greatest fictional romances?

[In no particular order]

  1. Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet ♥
  2. Pacey Witter and Joey Potter [to all you haters: it was a fantastic 90's show] ♥
  3. Chuck Bass and Blair Waldorf ♥
  4. Harry Burns and Sally Albright ♥
  5. Ron Weasley and Hermoine Granger ♥
  6. Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet ♥
  7. Paul 'Fred' Varjak and Holly Golightly ♥
  8. Clark Kent and Lois Lane ♥
  9. Jack Dawson and Rose DeWitt Bukater ♥
  10. Heathcliff and Catherine Earnshaw ♥
  11. Wall-E and Eve ♥
  12. Anonymous and Louise [in Written on the Body] ♥
  13. Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan ♥
  14. William Shakespeare and Viola de Lesseps ♥

I realised that the majority of romances in the novels I read usually have drastic or anti-romantic endings, however the passionate love they share to begin with is far more enticing than a happy ending.
Most of my TV/Film couples lead happier lives.

Additions? Subtractions?
